Makeup Portfolio…

Hey my little Brushaflies and welcome to my Makeup Portfolio page. As most of you will know if you have visited my blog on more than one occasion, that I love makeup, I live and breathe makeup, it is all I think about when I have some me time. Firstly I am a mother to my two favourites, but when I have mummy alone time, it’s most definitely to play with makeup.

I trained as an Mua back in 2019, and I began to create a small business, but then COVID-19 hit and I turned to blogging and YouTube to keep my creative flare going during a very stressful time and actually, I love blogging about makeup and doing makeup and beauty YouTube videos. To be honest I think blogging and vlogging is more me and even after the COVID-19 years I can see myself sticking to the blog and vlog way of life.

This page, my makeup portfolio is somewhere I wanted to showcase some of what I feel is my best work, whether it be a makeup look I have done, or a makeup product I done a cute photo of. I hope you like my portfolio and your time here with me at my blog 🦋

Here are makeup looks I created on myself that I’m very proud of and wanted to share with you guys.

This is a look I am proud of, I feel it looks almost flawless (not fully but nearly there) but it was one of my first looks that I felt comfortable taking a photo of. I enjoyed the red and black eye look and the cute glossy lip. Even the highlight on my nose looks cute. Only downside those brows, but the rest I like.

My shattered mirror makeup look. A face paint look I enjoyed creating. Took a lot of makeup product, but was worth it to create this moody look.

A cute, colourful and warm makeup look. One of the first looks I created for my new YouTube channel, Brushafly Mua Xoxo

The look which is on my channel opening scene and is dotted around my blog as a somewhat logo. I love the neutral and red tones of this look, plus glitter, who doesn’t love a bit of glitter?

A warm cheeked, Hollywood at home look. The sharp wing and red lip just screams Hollywood right!!!

Glitter and space are part of my soul… Just unzip to see…

And in keeping with the zip face theme… A moody skull zip face look…

The one Disney Princess that doesn’t get enough love, Princess Kida from Atlantis. Atlantis is my all time favourite Disney film and it just doesn’t get enough praise!!!

Spider eye makeup look, I don’t do spiders, at all!!! So this made me feel rather strange, but at the same time I like the effect created.

Blue ice eyes!!! Blue eyeshadow, blue eyeliner, blue ice lips and definitely channeling my inner Elsa…

Summer fun with yellow eyes and a blotted pink lip.

Space and universe in my mind, space and universe eyes…

Here are some product photos I’m very proud of as they look lush and amazing… Well, at least I think so…

Nails Inc nail varnish, one of my favourite nail polish products…

A makeup mirror I decorated with a million gems, because why not…

My Estee Lauder double wear foundation… Don’t worry, no foundation was harmed in the making of this photo…

A Gold Collagen lip balm which was gorgeous and had to be treated as such.

I love this moody lighting shot for this Lotus Youth Preserve face cream by Fresh.

An Aldi Lacura face cream that needed the water works.

Some metallic eyeshadows that are more mousse like in texture than a gel or powder…

My bareminerals face powder, a limited edition I managed to nab at a bargain price at TKMaxx.

Who doesn’t love some floral attributes with their skincare…

My favourite Kylie cosmetics eyeshadow palette…

Here are a couple of looks I created on two m…

Glossy lids and glossy lips…

A neutral makeup look for a wedding…

I hope you have enjoyed looking through my portfolio. Take care my Brushaflies and speak soon xoxo
